BuildBench is published by Duo2Labs, LLC ("we", "us", "the app"). It is an offline-first vehicle restoration tracker. We designed BuildBench so your data stays on your device.
Nothing. BuildBench does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. All data you enter — vehicles, parts, costs, journal entries, vendor details, photos, and videos — is stored locally on your device in an SQLite database and your app's private file storage.
All of these permissions are used solely on-device. Media is never uploaded to a server by the free version of BuildBench.
When you tap "Share" on a post composer, you choose the destination yourself via your phone's share sheet (Instagram, Messages, Mail, etc.). BuildBench does not see or store what you share or where.
BuildBench lets you create a local backup file (a .buildbench archive containing your database and media) and save it anywhere you choose — iCloud, Google Drive, AirDrop, email, or your device's file system. The backup is created entirely on your device and never passes through Duo2Labs servers. Where you store it, and who can access it there, is under your control.
The free version of BuildBench does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
If you opt into a future paid tier (e.g. cloud backup), this Privacy Policy will be updated to disclose any data we receive at that point. You will always have the option to remain on the free, on-device-only tier.
BuildBench is intended for users 13 and older.
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
